Dominic Ju and Joe Helfrich met at the Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation while supporting various customers such as the Army's TechWargaming program, Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Army Rapid Equipping Force (REF), Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR), Army Research Lab (ARL), and the National Science Foundation (NSF). After working together for several years, Dominic and Joe decided to take a shot at the American dream and launched BluePath Labs.
Dominic Ju is the Managing Principal, former Marine, and senior intelligence officer with 18+ years of military and commercial experience supporting clients such as the Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps, Chief of Staff of the Army, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and various Intelligence Community agencies. Dominic has led civil-military teams to evaluates strategic plans and business processes, identify requirements and assess risks for acquisition programs valued in excess of $2 billion USD to align emerging strategic initiatives with current budgetary and fiscal realities. Dominic received his B.A. from Tufts University and M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
Joe Helfrich has 20+ years of technology and management consulting experience including leadership positions at highly successful entrepreneurial ventures such as Kadix Systems, a Federal management consulting company which grew 10x and was acquired for $47M and Exent Technologies Inc., an Israeli software start-up venture funded by NEA, Comcast, Cisco, and AOL that went from pre-revenue to the dominant Games-On-Demand solution provider in the world. Joe received an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has dual degrees in Computer Information Systems and Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Significant past experiences include but not limited to:
